Revolution Office provides office technology and managed services to organisations across Southern California — theatres, non-profits, insurance brokers. Their brand refresh arrived as a complete Figma design, personality included, and the brief was refreshingly blunt: build exactly this. We delivered the WordPress build that honours it.

The Challenge: Honour the Design, Free the Content
Pixel-faithful builds fail in two opposite ways: the site matches the mock-ups but nobody can edit it, or it's editable and drifts off-design within a quarter. The brief demanded both fidelity and freedom:
- Design fidelity — typography, spacing and the brand's playful copy voice, exactly as designed
- Editorial freedom — success stories, service pages and FAQs the team updates without a developer
- Responsive translation — Figma frames exist for three widths; real screens exist at every width in between
What We Built
From Frames to Components
We decomposed the Figma file into a WordPress block library — hero, service grids, story cards, FAQ accordions — each block matching its designed state to the pixel and each editable through the native editor. The design system lives in code once; every page assembles from it.

Success Stories as a Content Engine
The site's proof lives in its client success stories — the Center Theatre Group, non-profits, brokers. We built these as a structured content type so the team publishes new ones from a template that keeps the storytelling format (and the design) intact.

The Technology Stack
- WordPress — custom theme built from the Figma design system
- Custom block library — designed components as editor-native building blocks
- Structured content types — success stories and services as repeatable templates
- Performance care — optimised assets so the design's imagery doesn't cost its speed
Figma-to-WordPress is full-stack craft in its quietest form: no architecture heroics, just the discipline to ship someone else's vision without diluting it — and leave behind a site the client truly owns.
