Mend is behavioral health's AI platform: appointment reminders that actually get answered, digital intake, patient payments and real-time analytics — all aimed at the metric that decides a clinic's month, the no-show rate. Our engagement combined two disciplines that rarely live in one team: building the website that sells a clinical AI product, and the AI integration work underneath it.

The Challenge: Sell AI to a Skeptical, Regulated Audience
Behavioral-health practices are burned out on software promises and bound by compliance. A platform claiming AI-powered patient engagement has to prove three things fast — outcomes, integration honesty and security posture:
- Outcome-first messaging — providers care about seen patients and captured revenue, not model architectures
- A deep feature library — reminders, intake, payments, telepsychiatry and analytics each need their own landing page for their own search intent
- EHR/PMS integration credibility — the first question every practice asks
- A demo pipeline — the entire site funnels to a scheduled conversation
What We Built
A Feature-Library Website
The site is structured as a library of feature pages — each one owning a clinical search intent ("appointment reminders for mental health", "digital intake forms") with its own keyworded metadata and schema. It is the architecture we recommend for any healthcare platform selling to practitioners who research before they buy.

The AI Integration
Behind the marketing surface we delivered the AI integration work: wiring predictive engagement — which patients are likely to miss, when to nudge, through which channel — into the platform's workflows. It reflects the philosophy of our whole AI and ML practice: the model is the easy third; the value is in the integration with scheduling, records and messaging that clinics already run. That thinking is laid out on our AI services page.
Healthcare AI has a special constraint: a false positive is a wasted text message, but a missed intervention is a human cost. Design the system so AI escalates attention rather than replacing clinical judgement.
The Demo Funnel
Every page resolves to one action — schedule a demo. We kept that funnel ruthless: short forms, calendar-native booking and messaging that promises a conversation, not a sales sequence.

The Technology Stack
- WordPress on managed hosting — an editorial machine the marketing team runs without deploys
- Feature-library information architecture — per-intent landing pages with structured data
- AI integration layer — predictive patient-engagement wired into platform workflows
- Analytics-instrumented demo funnel — every step measured, every drop-off visible
Bringing AI Into a Healthcare Product?
The hard part isn't the model — it's integrating prediction into workflows clinicians already trust, and telling the story without hype. Talk to our engineering team about healthcare AI builds; we'll give you an honest read on scope within a business day.
